Common questions

How do refunds work?: Featured Listings and Claimed Profiles are refundable within 7 days if no measurable value has been delivered. Subscriptions can be canceled any time and stop billing on the next cycle.
Do I need an account to buy a Featured Listing?: No — Featured Listings can be added right after posting a job, using the same email you posted with. Claimed Profiles and Subscriptions do require an account so you can manage them.
Card on file?: Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
